Just transferred my experimental small batch "Backyard Brown" into secondary: it's an American brown ale with roasted acorns, rosemary, and wet-hopped with Cascades, all from my backyard.

I don't think you can do "too much." The bigger puck should just help regulate your humidity levels more quickly and consistently as you open the humidor.

Harpoon did an oyster stout which was actually not too bad, a little briny with a mineral-like finish, I think it reviewed pretty well.
