Re: need help with a custom humidor
:tpd:
You won't be disappointed. I'm pretty sure he can take care of anything you need. The only thing I'd say is that it might be slightly more expensive than the one you listed. It will be...

Re: I think I got a dud Xikar lighter

Also... I'm on my...

Re: need help finding a good mild-med cigar
I like the Gran Habano vintage 2002 but I wouldn't classify them as mild-medium.... more like medium to full but that's just MHO. I think you are on the right track with the 5 vegas gold. They are...

Re: Old Dirty's Humidor
She's a beauty Ed! As usual, a piece of art!! The one concern I'd have is the small squares that allow air flow between the middle and the tray sections. If the sensors are telling the humidifier...

Re: Waxing Moon Humidor Thread
I guess this is what I see... either this or some viking warrior with a winged helmet. Definitely something more badass... but it's my humidor so I probably just don't want to see a puppet in it. :)...

Gurkha Crest
I bought a 10 pack of these pretty cheap about a month ago and I'm trying one right now for the first time.
I was a bit worried at first because I was getting some kind of cigarette butt flavor...

Re: Cigar ledger?
I use a book-bound journal. I just grabbed the one from Officemax that looked like the pages were the LEAST likely to start falling out. Since it isn't a ring-binder there really isn't any way to...

Re: Cigar ledger?
I have a journal that I tape the cigar bands in. My memory operates much better with the visual reference. I usually write a few notes about the cigar and the month/year I smoked it. I can get 6...

Re: Experiences with Gurkha Crest?
Thanks for the responses fellas... is it safe to assume then that not many have tried the Crest or maybe it just wasn't memorable enough to remember anything about them?

Experiences with Gurkha Crest?
Yes, I know... many of you hate Gurkha. I've been around long enough to figure that one out.
I picked up a 10 pack of the Crests from C.I. for $40 (with free shipping) and thought at $4/each I...
