Cigar Asylum, its owners, administrators, and moderators shall not be held responsible for any claims, losses, suits, or other issues arising as a result of any purchases, sales, trades, passes, or other transactions you conduct or participate in that arise out of or in any way relate to your participation on cigarasylum.com.
The owners, administrators, and moderators of Cigar Asylum reserve the right to remove, edit, move, or close any thread or post for any reason. Additionally, Cigar Asylum reserves the right to ban, limit, and/or restrict access to this site for any reason at any time at the sole discretion of the owners, administrators, and/or moderators.

This Agreement as well as the relationship between you and Cigar Asylum shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Cigar Asylum agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, for any claim or suit arising hereunder or in any way relative to your utilization, reading, posting, participating, and interacting on cigarsylum.com.
