This isn't like that John Deere "free flashlight" deal is it?
I'm sure its probably legit, but you know what they say about those deals that sound too good to be true. :ss I don't need the discount... I am expecting a huge windfall from Bill Gates for helping him test a new beta windows program! :r |

Supposedly legit, just very hard to do now. You used to be able to use some fire fox add ons to make it easy to complete and so you wouldn't have to sit in front of the computer all day (like that's a problem for inmates anyway). Now you pretty much have to be lucky to get it after their changes last night.

Looking at the current scene here in Las Vegas...I can see a lot of validity in this...the major hotels are cutting rates HUGE to sell rooms right now...this last summer, you were able to pick up suites at the Venetian for whatever the air temp outside was...

Re: $1 per night hotel up to 7 nights anywhere
I think this one is a case of an existing company that provides travel booking services to businesses wanting to get into the mass market travel booking and compete with orbitz, travelocity, priceline, etc.
Think about it, they have an advertising budget. They could buy TV ads, internet ads, etc, but they'd risk whether or not people would actually go to their site. They do this and bam, they are the talk of the internet for a few weeks. The risk for them is whether or not it'll stick and people will actually search them, and use them after the promotion is over. Very affective advertising. |
