Some Baltic Grabs I just returned from taking my wife on a cruise to the Baltic Capitals for her b-day. I grabbed a few goodies on the way. The first is from Tallinn, Estonia and is a Rum-based liqueur. At least they call it liqueur, but it's 80 Proof. It tastes like Kahlua but with a whallop, only not so thick in consistency. A splash over rocks is tasty but it's great in coffee. https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7526/...180a4955_c.jpg The second is some Vodka from St. Petersburg, Russia. I picked it up solely because of the brand name. :D https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7442/...75c3721b_c.jpg Last is some duty-free Scotch, a bottle of Balvenie 16-Year Triple Cask: https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7670/...c3e292d6_c.jpg |
