Rest In Peace Jaws
Richard Kiel, best known for playing James Bond villain Jaws in 'The Spy Who Loved Me' and 'Moonraker,' has passed away. He was 74.
I worked with someone in the past that was his neighbor, he was said to be one of the nicest, most gentle of men and always too happy to sign an autograph or have a picture taken with a fan. Rest In Peace, Sir. http://cdn.staticneo.com/w/bond/9/9b/Jaws.jpg |
Re: Rest In Peace Jaws
Loved him in "The Longest Yard".... "I told you I broke his ****in' neck!" :D
R.I.P., Mr. Kiel. |

Re: Rest In Peace Jaws
Wow, I'd forgotten his role in To Serve Man. I choose to remember him for that instead of Jaws, as Moonraker was terrible and The Spy Who Loved Me not much better.

Re: Rest In Peace Jaws
He was a great Bond villain, he has been in so many things people forget, Happy Gilmore (never saw it to be honest) and of course Force 10 From Navarone, he played Drazak (sp?).

Re: Rest In Peace Jaws
He was pretty funny in Happy Gilmore -- a movie worth watching.
May He Rest In Peace. |

MST3K fans remember him fondly from the movie 'Eegah!" http://img.rp.vhd.me/4594004_l4.jpg |

RIP Mr. Kiel.
According to his Wiki page he was born in Detroit and he was 7'3" tall. Never knew either until today. |
Re: Rest In Peace Jaws
Saw him wearing a T'shirt that said "Guns don't kill people. I kill people." :D Don't remember what movie though.
