Looks like Joe Satriani didn't appreciate his song getting stolen, allegedly, although it is hard for me to think of a way this wasn't stolen.

No doubt if i was on that jury Cold Play would be sucking. It is a note for note rip off. Smart band would settle this one quick and out of court. The local radio station has an overlay, the vocals are spot on for Joe's guitar licks.

Well, if as noted they are only a year before CP, then thay have isses as well. Joe did his in 2004. The local rock station reported this morning CB dropped suit against CP this morning.
