The engineer
 

An engineer died and went to hell. Before you knew it, he had built and installed ice machines, water coolers and a/c units. Hell was a pretty cool place. This caught the attention of St. Peter, who was not at all pleased that a place that was once a pit of torment had actually become a place of comfort and wasn't having it. God sets up a meeting with Satan and St. Peter to discuss the matter.
Peter says, "Hell is a place of punishment and this engineer has turned it into a comfortable place. So we need to get the engineer out of there and into heaven where we need his expertise."
Satan replies with a hiss, "Can't have him. We like what he's doing and he's my left hand man."
Peter counters, "if you don't turn him over, we'll sue!" to which Satan replies, "Where in heaven are YOU gonna find a lawyer?"
