Pretty excited. I've already converted half her basement into ManCAVE. Woodshop in 1/4 and Cigar Lounge in the other 1/4. She's a good sport. The deal was another corner had to be turned into an art studio. (did that first....always pays to do the Honey Do before the Me do list)

Thanks Larry...yeah...not too worried about it. :D She's put up with me for 3 1/2 years now. We're good. We've been technically living together for about 6 months now...I just got rid of my place finally and made it official.
