NOPE! I do not see a "test brat". There should be at least one brat with a bite or two taken out, so you can tell if the effort was successful before you serve them!! I always end up with one less brat, sausage or hot dog than I start with!! Just sayin'!!

Otherwise, though, they look excellent!!!!

Shock Top Belgian White, it was the only thing we had.

I grilled them, simmered them in beer, pepper and onions, and then grilled them again.

They were good eatin' :)
