Cigarsprintsale.com owned by cigar.com - I won an auction where a Colibri cutter was pictured but the description said "The Sampler includes 6 cigars, three each of Cohiba Black and Cohiba 'Red Dot,' along with a Xikar Xi2 Double-Bladed Guillotine Cutter."

I called 'em up and the lady I talked to (Kelly) was a total sweet heart, very polite, apologized for the mishap and said to call the next order I make from them in over the phone because they'll include a free Xikar Xi2 with it. Oh, and I can keep the Colibri they shipped. :tu :noon:banger

the only issue is that you cannot use that on another order from cigarsprintsale.... it has to be an order from cigar.com. i found that out when i got a couple Diesel UHCs that were split the entire length. place an order via phone with them and they tossed in a fiver of the UHC's to replace the 2 that were split. very happy with the customer service.
