hmmm so which one was first? Shuriken or Fidello? lol

Re: Fidello Cigar Cutter
It seems wierd, I wouldn't mind trying one. I would not want to carry it around in my pocket though.

Re: Fidello Cigar Cutter
I don't know how a few slits in the head of the cigar will work like a cut or punch. I guess It's something I'll have to see first hand, but I'm happy with my Palio and I don't see me switching anytime soon. I did see that CI is selling these now. Noticed it comes free with purchases of $99 or more.

Re: Fidello Cigar Cutter
The thing I am wondering about is what happens if the cigar is plugged? Also this wont work on figurados.

Re: Fidello Cigar Cutter
The end of your cigar looks like a raisin... Are you sure only only chew a little? lol

Re: Fidello Cigar Cutter
Looks inetesting. Not sure if I'd buy it though.

Re: Fidello Cigar Cutter
Interesting.....But I don't like carrying a ton of stuff. Im sure that a pigtail would get annoying; and no dice on belicosos...

Re: Fidello Cigar Cutter
I would try it.. I didn't see it online to buy it.. Im a sucker for some things like that. I love my punch... Might be hard to pull me away from that...

Re: Fidello Cigar Cutter
Having used the Fidello on at least 20 sticks, mostly my favorite full strength Robustos with a Gordo or 2 in the mix, I like the way it cuts. I cut a couple of sticks in advance if going out because I don't want to carry the lump in my pocket.
Have found that not pushing the cigar all the way in works better for me. I look at the cap of whatever stick needs to be cut, and then push the stick in the Fidello a skosh more that what I think the cap depth is. In other words, I use the S.W.A.G. method of cutting. http://i290.photobucket.com/albums/l...oseprelite.jpg |
Re: Fidello Cigar Cutter
Honestly, between this and the Shuriken, I would rather use a kitchen knife.
However, a Palió remains my top choice for a cutter. Proper cutting is a learned skill, and I would imagine this product won't last long (Cigar Spike, anyone?) |
