I think that the true specifics of such information is probably going to be exclusive to the ToE and that answers provided from anyone else might not include all the information nor be wholly accurate.

Suffice it to say that it was a private matter that was dealt with by the ToE, and done with. I am sad to see it happen as he was a friend. But short of asking him the details, you won't get any answers in the open forum.

I'll PM you with the little info I know. I suggest the mods close this down before we get into any questionable territory.
