Search engine with privacy
 

I just learned about a search engine that doesn't leave cookies and doesn't record your search behavior and I thought I would share it. It's called Startpage.
It has a "proxy" option in the search results that uses the Startpage server to display a page for you so you don't even have to connect to the result if you don't want to. If you are doing a lot of comparison shopping you could proxy a lot of sites until you found the best deal, then directly connect only to the site you want to buy from.
This, along with Adblock Plus, is making surfing a lot better for me. I have g00gle blocked on my computers, except for the maps.:tf
