Got the results from my CT scan yesterday. Came back clean. Nothing wrong with my noggin, at least as much it would show. The jury is still out on the rest of my grey matter.

The reason for the scan was I've had a headache now for the last 8 days. Sometimes it recedes, but it's usually there lingering in the background. Nothing serious pain wise, but troubling none the less. I'm not one prone to headaches. I can honestly say I've had less than 5 over the past 5 years.

Talking to the doc, it may be related to issue I had with 3 herniated discs in my neck earlier this year. Feels like it's been tightening up lately and some discomfort. I'll be starting a steroid pack to see if that helps. Wish me luck.

Did the herniated discs resolve themselves? My wife has been going to therapy for two herniated discs in her neck

I went through six weeks of pt which helped fix my neck. I still do a lot of stretching to help keep it loose. Tell her to stick with it, it's better than surgery.

I'll keep you in my prayers. Make sure you stay loose the nerves will pinch which can cause the lingering pain and the headachs.

Thanks for the well wishes guys. Started the steroid pack today. Still too early to tell if it's helping.
