Xikar Rocks!

Xikar absolutely rocks when it comes to customer service. I lost one of the foam trays for my Xikar 50-80 ct travel humidor at the Shack HERF this year. I remembered that I lost the tray this weekend when I was loading smokes into it for the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky HERF.

Yesterday I sent a message to them on their website asking if they sold the replacement trays. This morning, a lady from Xikar said "Just reply with your mailing information and I will have a new foam tray sent out to you at no charge"

Top notch! :banger :banger

Needed them two different times, and both times they came through with flying colors! Wouldn't hesistate to buy any of their products because of this.

I spotted a new V cutter on twitter that somebody else posted, asked Kurt about it and told him how much I loved the Wolf V cutter (looked like same blade as Wolf with a steel body). Next thing I know Kurt has me emailing the marking guy and I have a new Xikar VX in the mail. By the way the cutter is sweet!

I agree! I love a v cut in some of those larger ring gauges.
