I'm putting this in jokes because it is quite funny ... but true ...

A friend is management at Google in an area that includes gmail. Gmail allows users to "report a bug".

Apparently, some at Google keep a count of the number of times that the reported bug is an actual insect. It gets reported in my friend's staff meeting.

Well, I thought it was funny.

It's funny. Some of the stuff our helpdesk guys tell me simply blows my mind.

I've never done that before. Considering my juvenile sense of humor, I'm surprised I haven't.:D
