Cracks in wrapper

I have a small 12 bottle winador that I have have built two trays for and a shelf for boxes. I use the trays for singles and have a wide assortment of cello and non cello cigars, the boxes are clsoed most of the time and the Temp/RH hold a solid 61/63. What I dont understand is i get some cigars that develop splits and others that dont, same cigars, in and out of cello and various of other combinations, I dont over hydrate, in fact I actually season beads in a seperate container when I need to re hydrate. It is weird that some from the same lot and box do diferent things..Any one else have this? Smaller winador symptoms? Cello?

I dont use a fan to circulate but i have checked the RH top and bottom over several weeks and they are close enough to not discern extremes.

I dont know??? Ideas welcomed;)
