Did you ever get a notice from the devil site that you won some cigars and you did not remember bidding on them? I just did and I was like WTF! Then I remembered I put a lowball offer in on some La Aurora Perferidos sampler, because I want to try them. Ok time to put away the credit card.

I haven't done that yet but unfortunately I think it's only a matter of time. I wish I could undo learning about "The" site... or maybe not. I see how new cigar smokers outgrow their first humidor VERY quickly!!

Happened in my younger years. Putting in a ton "low ball" of bids on stuff I wanted to try when they came up on the bidding docket, forgot about them, and low and behold I won 11 of 15 (if I remember correctly). It was a happy day for me, a sad day for my credit card. :o

:tpd: Now I don't even log into C-Bid. My B&M has better prices on NC's than C-bid and I buy mostly Cuban's now.

Oh yeah,

I forgot to mention, Friday, I got an email saying i'd been outbid for some of those waterpillows! I didn't know they did 30day auctions on Cbid. I know i bid on those 3 to 4 weeks ago! It kind of freaked me out!
