It appears to be a free, (semi-)self managed listing site, so if your B&M isn't listed, you can tell them about the site and they can add themselves.

Excellent site but needs a little bit of cleanup... Our only B&M in Tuscaloosa, AL has been closed for some 2-3+years

Yea all the city links on the Arkansas page just redirect to the home page....

Nice idea, but I couldn't get it to work right with Firefox. None of the city links did anything. Went over to IE and all was good.
