LGC (DR) seal question
 

I just got a box of LGC Reserva Figurados Felicias. The shrink wrap was on the box, but underneath the El Credito seal was cut. Is this normal?

Where would this be done? Factory? At the store?

The cigars inside look legit, but...

That's hard to say, but I would think store level before factory. Without an intact seal there might be export / import issues.
