JR Trick or Treat?

Did anyone buy either one of the samplers this year? If so, what was in it?

Last year's sampler SUCKED!

Hoping this year was better. I did not participate.

Me neither - I'm not a grabbag kind of guy. Cigars can be enough of a crap-shoot as it is.

Yeah, General Cigar owns JR, so if you like stuff put out by General then you might enjoy the Trick or Treat, otherwise I would stay away...

As I remember, some were very happy with the scwag they got last year. Not the greatest assortment of cigars but ashtrays, shirts and lighters.

some good deals to be found here but I wouldn't trust them to pick out my cigars for me. They're likely to give you the stuff they can't sell.

tried again this year ... disappointed again this year

5 nat sherman tubos
3 partagas
a pack of trinidaditos (30)
and a cheap leather cigar case and lighter

I tried twice, just call me a quitter

If they are doing it, it hasn't happened yet. I'm thinking that it will happen next week.
