Adrians Connecticut Shade robusto

Another fine offering from Adrian's,this oily, khaki brown robusto has sweet tobacco aromas,a fresh clean tobacco taste, very clean seams,a flat clean head. The draw is medium firm, revealing sweet, mature tobacco flavors.
The first third has a smooth creamy flavor ,caramel, fine leather, aromas of ginger and sweet cedar. The finish is clean and slightly dry.
In the second third,it gives fine leather and toasty oak flavors, firm aromas of spicey nutmeg and cinnamon,a stoney, coating finish.
The last third gets a bit gentler, still flavorful,a little creamy, notes of white pepper, some leather notes.
This was a very good smoke, the burn was nice and even, construction was first rate. The body was medium with a big flavor profile, interesting and enjoyable. This is the second blend I have tried from Adrian's cigars, the construction of both have been very good.
I rate this one 6.5 of 10 strength,17 of 20 overall.
