Legal Help - Quit Claim Deed
 

I own a piece of property with another individual, and I need to him to sign a Quit Claim deed so I can get his name removed from the deed so I can refinance the property into my name only. He is willing to do this. I just have a couple questions for someone with knowledge of this subject the property is in Ohio, but I think the questions are general and not specific to just this state. I would prefer to do this via PM. If anyone can help out I would appreciate it very much.
