Beer Review - Full Sail Doppelbock
 
Full Sail's 21st anniversary brew. A Limited Edition Doppelbock.

Appearance - Not an impressive head, but a nice dark carmel color.

Smell - Light, toasted malts

Taste - Sweet, smooth.. nice balance of hops, malt. Notes of coffee and carmel. Bit of spice.

Mouthfeel - Medium Body and slick

Drinkability - Very drinkable for 8%, nice warmth

Rating - For 3.99$ a bottle, (9/10); Compared overall (8/10)

Highly Recommended :tu

Looks delicious.. reminds me of new castle or a some augistiner dunkle

Dunkels are traditionally lighter (alcohol wise) than doppelbocks by a % or two. Usually around 5.5%ABV. They're also darker in color. But still good nonetheless. I'm gonna try to put up a review now for everything I drink. Should be fun.
