This is a large 5x60 vitola,a rich dark chocolate brown cigar, oily and firm, heavy in the hand. The prelight exam shows excellent construction, minimal veins, nice cap.The draw is firm, giving tastes of mature tobaccos, aromas of spice and rich tobacco sweetness.
The light is even, there is a nutty taste, spicy cedary aromas, nice mouth feel. The first half is clean mature tobacco, notes of cedar, spices, light oaky flavors. The finish is stoney, the aromas are earthy and very pleasant. The taste gradually gives way to light leathery notes .
The second half increases in flavor and intensity, building nicely to a fuller and broader palate,I noticed cinnamon and spice notes, toasty oak,and the palate is lightly coating. This cigar has a very good burn for a large vitola, and stays pleasant to the nub.
Currently this is the only this size available, there are three blends to try. Marc at Marco V cigars can be proud of this smoke,I rate it 7.5 out of 10 strength,18 out of 20 overall..You can get these direct, see his website,Marco V cigars ....
