The first Boondock Saints was a masterpiece. I don't think the 2nd can be as good, but we will see. :)

That's the worry, isn't it! How can they match the first one?!? But I still want to see it!

I'm a lil sad to see that Agent Smecker isn't making a return, but his "protege" holds some promise. I'm tickled that Officer Greeley and the other cops are not only returning, but being played by the same actors.

I'm positively giddy with anticipation, but I'm trying to keep my expectations in check. Because let's face it, this movie has A LOT to live up to.

I agree. :) I'll definitely be watching this one and I've got good hopes for it. The first movie rocked! :banger

What makes you think that Agent Smecker isn't the "protege"? :tu

What happened to Sean Patrick Flanery's face? He doesn't even look the same.

The original is my wife's favorite movie. She even got her copy of the DVD signed by Ron Jeremy when he participated in a debate on **** addiction at one of the local colleges.

Okay, WTF happened to the original All Saints Day screenplay??

The one explaining the background of the McManus brothers???

Huh???

Don't get me wrong, I'll buy my ticket tomorrow, just for the fact of being able to sit in a theater and hear.....

And Shepherds we shall be

For thee, my Lord, for thee.

Power hath descended forth from Thy hand

Our feet may swiftly carry out Thy commands.

So we shall flow a river forth to Thee

And teeming with souls shall it ever be.

In Nomeni Patri

Et Fili

Spiritus Sancti

In a way I feel this movie is almost unnecessary. Well see.

I'm with you on that....I also had to read through the names at the end to make sure Rocco was going to be in it....

Agent Smecker = Protege?!?! The possibility never crossed my mind, but now the wheels are turning.

And I concur, Sean Patrick Flanery did not age well. Which makes me sad.
