Fitness book by the 'most violent prisoner in Britain'

Does anyone know about this guy? Last night, I watched a movie based on his life: 'Bronson' starring Tom Hardy. It's on Netflix. Pretty fascinating. Anyway, he wrote this book in 2002. Anyone familiar with it?
