Vato Cigars in Las Vegas?

Anybody been there? It has pretty good online reviews.

I have one free night next week in LV, and looking for a good cigar shop. Anybody have any recommendations?

Casa Fuente in Las Vegas at the Forums? Everyone always raves about that place. I'm going when I go on March 1st!

Never heard of Vato....

There are a few threads about the cigar shops in Vegas, with some good responses and info. I really liked Pheasant Cigars, though wish I spent more time there. The little time I was there, impressed me. Homey.....Case Fuente it is not.

Casa Fuente is all Vegas IMO. Which is good and bad, I guess. Very good selection of HTF Fuente cigars, premium prices. If you're there, might as well check it out.

Casa Fuente is a must see, just sit there on the patio, enjoy a Casa Fuente (very expensive but only for sale there) and a mojito and then go to Pheasant at West Sahara to buy some real cigars. Don't forget to say hi to Scottish Smoker @ Pheasant.

Vato's is in old downtown Vegas, Binions I think near the elevator. I didn't see much in his shop more of a stand. I stopped and looked but I had beef jerky on the mind. The Beef Jerky store down one of the side streets is always a must stop for me.

Off the strip but worth the drive or cab fare is Man Cave...check it out, the house cigar is one of my favorites.

On Monday 01/14, found out the Las Vegas Cigar Co has been clsd for approximately 6mo or so, but did stop in at Don Pablo Cigar Co and smoked one of there cuban corona'. What a dynamite medium bodied cigar. Nice blast of spice with mild sweetness on the finish in the first third, transitioning to some woody and mild sweet splce flavor in the 11second third, and the final third was simply a balanced blend of the above thirds. All Dominican blend cigar. In fact, all the cigars rolled here incorporate Dominican leaf. The
wrapper was a dark colored Connecticut. I purchased the same size before I left in the Maduro wrapper for a comparison and will give that one a burn tomorrow (or today)
