I've been one since birth! Growing up, I was indoctrinated into Steel City USA by my Dad and his relatives. I'm a son of a son of a steel worker! Anyway, although I graduated from UCLA, the Steelers are the only team that I TRULY care about (given my roots)!

HELL YA!!! Born and raised 100 miles NE of Pittsburgh, in Clearfield, PA. Was only 6 and 7 years old when they went to the Superbowl in 1974 and 1975, so I don't remember much.
But, in 1978 and 1979. WOW!!!! I can remember watchin' 'em play on the TV. Everyone decorating thier houses in Black and Gold. That's all anyone talked about.

My favorite players are Jack Lambert and Jerome Bettis.

But I tell you what..... I love to see our current Defense in action. Lamar Woodley is a freakin' beast.

I hate the steelers but I love Hines Ward!!! That halfy is good to go in my book! Actually anyone to delivers/takes hits like he does with a smile is OK in my book! :ss

I wasn't laughing at the fact that Hines Ward broke your linebackers jaw and he's out for the season. I am a classy fellow FYI.:rolleyes: Just ask Aladdin Sane...;)

And you were the one who meandered into a Steeler thread. I give you some props.....Bengals fans are some of the best when it comes to loyalty.:bh I know it's got to be tough.

I've disliked the Bungles ever since Kenny Anderson was thier QB.

I'm with yins guys; I practically live in Pitt....I head out to the great Steel City 4 times a year and since we have no pro team in L.A., well, I've been inducted by my Pittsburgh peeps!

The great thing is that they've been showing more games this year out of the left coast. Last weekend was great. We were scheduled to see the Buffalo game, but do to technical difficulties at the stadium, they cut to the Steelers game!!! :dance:

UUGGHH!!!! What a smashmouth game. Lost 4 players in that one. 2 DB, Long snapper and our punter will probably be out , too.:r

Turn-overs and penalties killed us ,too.

Giants were there for the taking, today! O-Line couldn't keep them off Big Ben....and Big Ben just didn't seem to have the zip on the ball today.

Big Mo changed on the snap over the punters head by the backup Long Snapper!

Damn....I needed you guys to beat them today so my Skins could pull even!

That was a tough game. We had moments of brillance surrounded by mediocrity. Nice goal line stand to keep them out of the end zone. :tu Ball goes flying over punters head. :bh UGH.
