Looking For Boiled Peanut Recipes

My grandfather does make plain boiled peanuts and i'm looking to add a little flavor to them. Any suggestion would be helpful. Thank you all in advance.

I'm in Georgia so you can guarantee we get some boiled peanuts here! :D

One of the guys that sells them does Regular and Cajun flavored. I know he uses cayenne pepper and a bunch of sliced jalapenos in his - however I don't know the ratios he uses. I've also seen a quite a few recipes that use a Cajun crab boil like Zatarain's or just Cajun seasoning.

zatarains is a good choice, any good cajun spice mix should do tho. Make sure it's a salty one.
