Can somebody translate this into English for me?

I got this at work today:

The thought i had as we open our followups on it gives on info needed for us to do on customers accts such as calling them if and when needed though when we mention a time of either the time of day their time or in the time or noon time but all the different time periods hoping ot add at least their state on the followup screen when you open the request so we know what time they are in before having to open the acct too many times.

They would like some sort of indication of time zone or time of day that would be appropriate to follow up with the customer. Even just the name of the state listed on the follow up request would be helpful....however if this person worked for me I would not allow them to talk to customers

Is English still a required course in high school? I would reply to that person that this needs to be re-worded into a format that is, at the very least, a cohesive thought. This is all over the place and words don't even fit together in patterns that are recognizable. Absolutely ridiculous.

I would say fix it and send it back, but it's too far gone.

This is just sad. As a former English major, I weep.

PS - That was translated from Chinese or Japanese or something...looks like they wrote what they wanted to and then cut and pasted it into some kind of babelfish and got that translation...

Hi Marc, I wish that were true, but no it's just an email I got.

I'll be back in FL in Oct, and you know where I'll be going to first.

1st- I hope that you were the only one that was sent this email.
2nd- Maybe this should be used on a billboard to show America that before our kids are force to learn another language maybe our kids should know English.

I, too, looked at it and tried to rearrange it into a cohesive thought using the words and phrases presented. Albert seems to have captured it but it made my head spin too much.
But thanks for the laugh.
