This is a very hard to get box set and only in the hands of consumers now with a rare box available from those willing to part normally above retail.

I will over the next few months cover the whole line;

The Little Monster Lineup:
Mini Mum* (5 3/4 x 42)
Wolfie( 5 1/2 x 48)
Baby Face (4 3/8 x 50)
Lil' Drac (5 x 48)
Frank Jr (5 5/8 x 44)

1st 1/3
Creamy tobacco with a bit of spice, wheat grain notes and fireplace wood

Once the burn gets going the flavors quites down leading into notes of nutmeg, burning wood, leather and some cinnamon with just a trace of pepper.

The foot smoke is big, reminding me of Drew Estates Liga's and Undercrown's oily wrappers

The fireplace wood note is rare for me and very enjoyable, the dark gray ash flowers a bit but the burn line is fairly straight and burning very slow.

2nd 1/3
The Wolfie changes up here getting more spice and charred roast beef notes, adding to the fireplace wood and the notes described above, the draw and burn line remain perfect, neither needing a touch up and continuing to burn very slow.

Final 1/3
A new note of smoked hickory comes out with a smokey dark orange, along with the fireplace wood, leather and light nutmeg, staying creamy smooth.

No real sweetness every appeared but that's fine with the welcome differences this Tatuaje Wolfie exhibited with the smokey BBQ notes.
The note change-up was outstanding and sad to see it end and there limited availability

Smoking time: 1hr 20 min
Score 9 out of 10

they pop up from time to time, but usually sell quickly. I had the option of taking up to 5 boxes when they came out at a great price, only took 2. wish I had gone for more :r

My review of the wolfie may not be as flattering for the line as your review though. To each his own! :D

A little age changed the profile signicantly.

I still have one of each from John (Black Coral). I can see for myself, maybe dredge my old thread back through the mud. :)

From "sucks" to "sucks less"?

Absolutely, John, I think they have aged about 3 times longer than we thought they would before I revisit them. :lr
