Earthquake near Cleveland!

Hope everyone there is ok!!!!!
EASTLAKE, Ohio - An earthquake registering 4.2 was detected in Lake Erie, a half-mile north of Eastlake, shortly before 11 a.m. Monday, the Ohio Department of Natural Resources said.

An ODNR spokesman said the first aftershock of 2.2 was detected eight minutes later at 10:58 a.m. Both recordings are considered preliminary, said Eric Heis, a spokesman for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.

That's crazy. No major faults there. A 4.0 is not to be sneezed at. The USGS earthquake map isn't showing any others in the area. Many theories, but no real ideas. It is time like this that I hate never having used my petroleum or geophysical engineering degrees.

Only experienced one earthquake before, right here in Chicagoland. I thought a heard a crash outside, like someone hit the fence or garage. Then I looked over at my shelf, and all my hockey bobbleheads were bobbing away. Thought "that's weird". Heard on the news in the morning it was a minor quake.

Cleveland is the mistake on the lake. Really, nothing good comes from Cleveland.
