This is devastating for the Saints (even though it is their plan) but OMG what a boon for Philly. Game changer,
as if Kelly hadn't already changed the game enough up there.

This move kind of baffled me a bit. The Eagles have arguably the best multi-purpose back in the league already. They have a very good back up in Bryce Brown as well. I don't see how Sproles fits into their current situation...but this offseason is far from over.

I hope Philly improves so they can keep beating the Jerry Jones Jabroni's every year.

I love the Sproles signing. Gives the Birds depth not only at running back, but also on special teams. If you remember last seasons playoff game against the Eagles, it was Sproles' kick-off return that set up the Saints winning drive.

I also like the Malcom Jenkins signing. If the Eagles D comes around - look out!

I was talking to Sofaman about this yesterday. The Eagles just went from "coming together nicely" to "OMGWTF" with one signing.
My gripe was that it was gonna wreck LeSean McCoy's Fantasy numbers, and he's been my secret weapon mainstay for the last couple years.

The saddest story ever? Eric Decker to the Jets. Denver can afford to lose him with Julius Thomas breaking out, but to see anyone have to languish in that eternal Rex Ryan mess is just sad. Especially when it's a talent like Decker.
Geno Smith is no Peyton Manning. Decker catches the ball in open space on the fly, not across the middle in the dirt. I don't see him thriving in NY, and I don't see him making Geno any more effective.
Wanna see the Jets come around in 60 minutes or less? Bring over Michael Vick and pray a lot.

I think that MAYBE, and I say maybe because you guys don't follow the Saints, but may know through fantasty football,
that Darren Sproles should not hurt your backfield one bit. He is a 'take a break' back for spelling your horse, but him lining
up as a back is not where he will be most effective. He is gonna find himself in the slot, in motion, who knows under Chip Kelly,
but he is VERY irritating to defensive backs and linebackers because you never know what he is IN THE GAME FOR, and you
know damn well he is gonna juke you out of your jock whatever he does. Its a win, or my name isn't Orville Redenbacher.

Eagles took a big hit with losing DeSean Jackson (Even though he's an idiot), and with them signing Mark Sanchez (Seriously wtf.)

Sproles put up 38.8 points for me this week. I played him at a flex spot because I knew he was gonna blow up. He had 18.5 points the week before against JAX, but the Eagles floundered that first half.
I watched them this past week and they were still a bit sloppy, but it's coming together.
By week 8, they'll be monster.
