This morning was Sumatra Toba Batak Peaberry at FC.
Great cup! Earthy, baking spice, cardamom and dark coco.
Very nice.

Ethiopia Pulp Natural Process at FC+. Very nice. Mild fruit, mild citrus, lite baking spice and coco.

On my second cup of Cafe Bustelo made with my Melita one cupper. Its an espresso grind and works really nice in the Melita and the Krups Espresso machine:tu

Guatamalen Antigua Retana Red Bourbob, City roast. First roast in the Behmor. Came out lighter than I wanted, but im really enjoying this cup,especially as it cools.

Brazil Mogiana D.P. Peaberry at FC+. Very nice. A little earth, coco, and baking spice. Very good cup.

Another cup of Jose's vanilla nut.. I don't have much time to roast my own, or I'd think about it. I have to say, for the price, the Jose's brands of coffee have never let me down!

I had the last of a batch of SM's Monkey Blend this morning. Makes a pretty decent regular cup. Roasted off half a lb of Burundi that'll get sampled tomorrow.

I've been loving the Burundi's, Great at City + to FC.

Nothing fancy. I've been on a Cafe Bustelo kick for the last couple of months. Stuff taste great through a 1 cup Melita or packed in to an Espresso maker. And, its only $3.68 or $3.78 at one of the big box stores...

Just bought a sampler of green beans.
Roasted some Papuan yesterday and its awesome today
in the cup.
