Whoa, that would be most awesome! I can check online to get more info on the diet, although I'll most likely stick with the regiment that I'm on now:

Breakfast: Casa Magna Coronas
Lunch: Tatuaje Unicos
Supper: Opus Fuente Fuente

As for breaks, I'll just have a salad!

I have a copy of all the data stuff at work, I think. XL sheets with workout plans, etc.

I can send the excel sheets via email if you want. The vids are a bit too big for email - but if no one else steps up, I could go buy some DVDs and burn them for you. PM if you want the excel sheets sent email.
