Vegas Cigars?

I'm going to Vegas on Monday what cigar haunts do you suggest I drop into?

Gotta go to Casa Fuente in Caesars' Forum. It's the only place where you can get Casa Fuente, a house blend that is rumoured to be blended similar to the Opus X

Be prepared for some sticker shock, though... everything there is very very very expensive.

Have fun, bring a lot more money than you think you will need!

Casa Fuente was one of the highlites of my last trip to Vegas. What really kicked ass was the 1 hour helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon ( $100 ea ) but well worth it. The pilot was a BOLT so we ( the 3 of us ) fired up some fine stx and took off. I will NEVER forget it.

Hemmingway's North part of town. Its about the only lounge I go to, although another Brother here has been frequenting Pheasant cigar. Casa fuentes is a must if you have never been. Other than that I pretty much stay away from the other shops, Most way over priced. If you are just looking for some sticks fairly cheap I would recommend Paiute Indian smoke shop. Good size walkin humi, selection is decent. Mostly common type smokes, occasionally some goods stuff. Not very knowledgable people, so I would not look to them for help. Hope this helps and here is a link to some info about Casa.

I would second the recommendations to bring your own. When I was out there in March I brought 5 for a 3 day trip. I ran out on the last day and swung by a little cart in one of the casinos. I paid $9 for a Padron 2000. :hn

By the way, how long are you going to be here? Detroitpha357 will be here later in the week, we hope to get together on the weekend. We may even be able to get together during the day sometime, I am working swing shift. Pheasant is not too far from the strip. I suppose you will be driving so that you can get around?

Casa Fuente for sure, but be prepared for Vegas prices. I think it's cool to check out all the hard to find cigars they have there. It's also great to sit down and relax with a good cigar while being served mojitos by their lovely staff. :dr :tu It's also worth trying the house blend cigars.

I seldom buy cigars in Vegas, but don't overlook the best part of a visit. You can light up on the casino floor! :ss

At least for now - who knows what the future will bring. :(
