New coffee! Panama Boquete Lerida - Las Chichicas Roasted 15 hours ago to FC, drip, splash. Sweet, fruity, a little zing, really good. From SM, I bought this a while ago, they may not have it anymore. Finally got around to trying it.

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?

Sulawesi Toraja
My local roaster has been experimenting again. Normally he does this bean to French roast. It's usually the brewed dark roast choice at his coffee shop and I enjoy it that way and have gone through a couple pound of it at home. But Thursday he did this as an American roast and I picked some up this morning.
The American roast is still full bodied and earthy but the lighter roast has a bit of fruit fragrance that's lost in the darker roast. Not citrusy IMO and nothing like the powerful blueberry you get from the great sidamo but still a definite fruit hint.
