Made my own iced coffee
 

Not something I would do, but I had made extra coffee for Thanksgiving dinner, I didn't want to throw it out sooooo I broke out my blender and crushed some ice (that is a chore in of itself) then dumped in the coffee. Sugar/Creamer (liquid creamer) and viola! not bad for a first timer...

What do you all do with leftover coffee, besides dump it down the drain?:D:D

I cold brew if I want iced coffee and there usually isn't left overs.
It is a good question though and I'm curious to see myself.

We often have leftover coffee and refrigerate it and use it for iced coffee later. It is not gourmet but since the coffee we start with is good it is more than drinkable. I'll often add a little honey syrup and cream or as an alternate sweetened and condensed milk.

+1 on the coffee toddy. I hardly even want hot coffee now.
