Casa Fuente Cigar of Choice...

Hey Friends,

I'm heading to Vegas next weekend and Casa Fuente is my first stop.

If you had the opportunity to walk into Casa Fuente for a cigar, what is the cigar you would choose?

Now, keeping in mind I live in Canada, the outrageous prices they sell cigars for is not as shocking as it would be for many of you in the US.

I generally enjoy a medium bodied cigar, so here is my short list:

Opus X Angel Share
God of Fire Carlito
Shark No. 77
Don Carlos No.2
Chateau Fuente
8-5-8
CF House Blend (I'll be bringing these home with me regardless. I love them)

I'm going to suggest my wife rock it with an Ashton Cabinet.

Your thoughts are always appreciated!
Cheers!

Nice choice! I thought that cigar existed only in folklore! :)

I say smoke whatever tickles your fancy at the time (or based on how far up in winnings you are). I always enjoy the house CF, but since you're bringing some of those home anyway, maybe an obscure Opus?

Cool that your wife wants to partake as well. Don't forget to have one of their awesome mojitos!

Casa Fuente Orange Band. Great flavor!

Yellow band is the sun grown Sumatra wrapper. I'm kind of on the fence about this one.

Sadly, I doubt I'll be very far up the winnings ladder..lol

I'm definitely on board with something obscure. Hoping for an opus angel share and definitely a mojito!

I am going to the Big Smoke for first time Sat night, 11/08/14.

Plan to also checkout Casa Fuente.

Sounds like it will be great time for cigar enthusiasts.

Where do you plan to smoke it? Will you have time for a big smoke. The Don Carlos Lancero sounds good. There's an A sized Opus that would be a hoot to smoke.

I'll have to try one next time I'm in Vegas.

That god-forsaken city. I swear they could've built Vegas on the surface of the sun with no change in ambient temperature.

I made it into Casa Fuente Thursday afternoon after they delayed their re- opening several times that day. When they finally opened the doors, it was like Wal-Mart on black Friday in there. I picked up a Don Carlos No 2, Flor Fina 858, Julius Cesar, Gran Reserva Piramide, and a Casa Fuente ashtray.

There was no way to smoke in comfort in there that night, so I quickly introduced myself to Carlito Fuente, who was hanging out in the back, and left. He is very friendly.
