Got in a day at the range with my dad and friends. We shot mostly rifles but had time at the end for a little steel at the pistol range.

Hello. I was scouring the used gun shelves at a couple stores on the west side this morning. Got myself a low miles Sig Sauer P365. Probably have to wait until Sunday to see how it works. Supposed to be 54 degrees and sunny, so worth a couple days delay.

I tried the P 365 out yesterday. Reliable and seems to be accurate. (I was shooting at steel targets, need some rounds on paper to see about accuracy.)

Over the last few years I've gotten rid of everything I don't shoot or had an emotional attachment to. Stuff I'd accumulated over the last forty years but had lost interest in. Or things I'd acquired because they were a deal. Or guns I wasn't sure why I'd picked up in the first place.

And since it freed up some cash, I also picked up a couple I'd had my eye on. So when all was said and done the downsized collection was where I wanted it, with one exception.

I scratched that last itch last week and picked up a S&W 627 V-Comp. Pretty sure I'm done now. Probably. :D

By the way, my Sig P365 is about as accurate as a full sized 9mm handgun.

Looks like ill have to wait a few months before I can pick up the carbine I had my eye on, Panic buyers have wiped the local shelfs clean and my go to sites are out of stock... :tf

I went to pick up some primers and a pound of powder yesterday and people were walking out with boxes of stuff.

Im just hoping the form fours aren't held up from a shutdown....

I lucked out! I found a Sig MPX carbine on consignment at a local shop with an Eotech xps2 with 5 30rd mags and 2 10 rounders for $1754. And it was never fired :dr
