Beetles With Cellophane

Can you get a beetle problem if you leave the cellophane wrapper on a cigar? I still place all new cigars (wrapper or not) in the freezer for 3-4 days followed by a day in the frig before putting them in my humidor. The reason I ask is the only beetle problem I ever had was with cigars I didn't freeze and they didn't have a cellophane wrappers. Can those buggers eat through the cellophane?

NCRadioMan, Thanks for the quick response. I wouldn't have ever guessed that would happen.
