What is a "Dry Cigar?"

I've seen references to "Dry Cigars," and am wondering how they differ from "regular" cigars. I'm not referring to "dried-out" cigars. I think this is somehow referring to the way the tobacco is cured, but I may be wrong. Anyone know for sure?

Hey B-Dog. Here is a thread from JR talking about how they are made and then baked. www.jrcigars.com/index.cfm?page=jrcu_drycuredcig.
Looks like you will have to copy and paste the link.
