Tried out my contest pipe from SrMike
 

Tested out the new pipe with some new baccy (well I've had it, but hadn't tried it). The MacBaren Limited Edition No.8.

first the baccy - good aromatic, little bit of bite, but hey, it's MacBaren :pi

anyway, the pipe feels great in the hand, and smokes really well. Didn't have any problems keeping it lit, never got too hot, and easily passes a cleaner all the way through

Kudos on the pipe! I'm sure I will enjoy it for some time to come

That thing is such a beautiful pipe, I am so pleased you are enjoying it. That alone makes it worth the time to carve.
