Bacon Bowl?

Just saw this on TV, seeing as most of us are fans of the swine I figure I'd get your opinions / pass it along...

Looks good, but what's all the junk inside there :r

Needs some pulled pork with a bourbon glaze inside that bowl, because if anything goes well with pork, it's more pork, and some booze.

The first being bacon, or course. :D

You can do the same thing with a muffin tin, turned over. Allows you to make a lot at once.
