Gran Habano Rothschild #1 Connecticut

This is my first Rothschild #1. (MY FIRST REVIEW)
Very smooth cigar, not many veins. Rolled very nicely. Not too tightly packed and not too loosely packed.

The prelight was very nice. Smelled like a full flavored cigar.

The first third:
The cigar was mild. Very powerful cream flavor Burned very evenly with a tight ash.

The Second third:
Still strong in cream flavor with a even burn.

Last but not least...
The last third of this cigar still had the cream flavor but also started to feel the heated smoke on the tongue. Still an even burn.

Overall I enjoyed this stick and will def light many more in my smoking career.

Very nice review Adam! I had the 3 Siglios, never the CT. Sounds like a good morning smoke to get the day started off right.

I've got a 5 pak of those that are resting nicely in the humi as we speak. Reading this review makes me want to smoke on tomorrow.

Good review Adam. I like that cigar although I prefer the #5 since it is stronger.

I just finished smoking one of these, and the OP hit the nail on the head. This was a delightful light bodied cigar, with cream and sweet tea flavors. Would be a perfect morning smoke. The construction was perfect, draw was excellent, and the burn was sharp. I don't claim to be an expert, but if the various Connecticut wrapper cigars I've smoked (Cusano 18, Rocky Patel, Fonseca, etc.) this may be the best. If you're familiar with the Nat Sherman Metropolitan, this is very similar. Well recommended. :tu

EDIT: I see now that the OP reviewed a Rothschild. Mine was the Robusto, 6" x 52rg.
