Is that what that stuff is that I've been driving through all afternoon, and most recently, this evening? Probably not, as I don't live in Las Vegas, I live in Henderson!

Re: Snow... In Vegas

I just heard a revised forecast of 4"/6" in various parts of the valley, 10"/12" in the foothills, up to about 6,000 feet, and 30"+++ above 10,000 feet. I've been in town 7 1/2 years now, and have seen a few 1/2"/1" dusting's in the valley, but never anything like this!

This must truly be an historical day, in Southern Nevada, as all Public Schools have been closed, "A Snow Day" in the Las Vegas Valley (Clark County) and Parhump!

Re: Snow... In Vegas

Now that's something ... Kingman, AZ got snow, Las Vegas got snow...
We live 7100 feet up in the white mountains on the Arizona - New Mexico Border, We usually measure our snow in Feet!, Not inches ... and usually get snow into May ... All we got out of this storm was a dusting.
Go Figure.
Go have a snow ball fight Andy!
