Enjoy it Eric. Remember it needs to be properly seasoned first, for years of enjoyment, like a humidor.!!
I suggest you season it with barbecued ribs first. :banger

Nice! A gift that keeps on giving! :) I have an offset smoker now but its charcoal fired. Next step will be electric or gas this summer.

+1 to all the seasoning comments. Id find some year old fatty meat in the freezer and cook it to a crisp, then toss it out, and you should be off to a good start.
