A Proud Pappa
 

I have some news I've been waiting to share with you guys but couldn't.
My oldest son Zachary has been trying to get hired as a police officer.
After applying at several departments,he was hired.

I got a call this morning from Zachary's friend,a Lieutenant at Frederick County Sheriffs Office.
That is the first place(choice) he applied and again the last go round.
His friend told me he was coming over at 5pm to tell him he was hired.Not only that but was #2 out of 800 applicants .

The boy has been working toward this goal since puberty,so to say I'm proud and happy for him is a huge understatement.

Knowing Zach as I do I have zero doubts that he will make an excellent LEO and serve with the highest honor and distinction. I'm very proud of him!
